How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. Processing times may vary between 1-2 business days before your package is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of hair care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Are your hair care products safe for color-treated locs?
Yes, all Locs of Love products are formulated to be sulfate-free and gentle, making them perfectly safe for color-treated, bleached, or chemically processed hair.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our carrier options to provide worldwide shipping in the near future.
How can I track my package?
